9th & Washington
The 9th St. side of the building that used to be completely Ratto's, but is now only Ratto's in the middle of the block on Washington. The Rex is right here on the corner, and they've got a nice, full bar, and a nice happy hour menu, and we had a nice dinner there a while back, but it's a little out of our price range currently, so I haven't been back.
